I could talk about how simple dietary practices can cure ailments and create huge amounts of energy. I could write more on how combining the brainwave patterns of meditation masters and visionaries with physical fitness can get rid of all manner of physical problems, or I could write more about exactly how hypnosis works or even how to create simple yet profoundly effective self-control mechanisms for emotional state control.
However, those things don't mean nearly as much as what it means, IN REAL LIFE, to the people who put it into practice for themselves. Here are just a few of the comments and letters I have gotten from clients I have worked with over the years that say it better than I ever could.
"After over two decades of severe back pain that couldn’t be explained by traditional (or even alternative) medicine, I went to Colin for the 10-week Bodywork program and have been pain-free now for over two months! My kids are thrilled that I can now freely play with them physically for the first time in their lives. I’ve even tried out my son’s new snow skate with the confidence that when I face planted, I wouldn’t be laid up for three months."

“I have gone to many classes and explored many things in my
personal journey. One seems to lead to another. I found that what I
experienced in the Grady workshop, created in minutes, what has
taken me months, even years to create with other methods and a LOT
of hard work. This is the "short cut" to the subconscious I knew there
had to be!"

"I didn't realize how much attention was focused on my pain. I now have all this attention to use for other things like
studying or meditating without modifying my behavior to
keep my pain in check.
i'm still baffled about the absence of my pain and how much
my pain was holding me back. i have more energy because
i'm not focusing on my pain. freeing up space is always a
plus. there are so many things that
I can now pursue that it's incredible. Since my back pain is
gone and my muscle tension getting better, I
finally have the energy to literally "run around". I'm playing
with my students during P.E., which is an activity that I have
really missed as well as playing on the playground.
It's been awhile since I could just run without the vibrations
just tearing me to pieces.
I feel good, but i know that i can feel even better if i keep
working and trying new things.

"Long story short, I had a satori moment while listening to the Delta track. I fully attribute receiving this experience due
to clearing internal space from the workshop, and from the receptivity gained using the still point tracks. I'll write more
on this and other experiences soon."

"I have been doing lower frequency entrainment for quite some time. I’m pretty good at it. If I want to step into a blissful
state, it is never very far away. I’m pretty good at creating new habits, and getting rid of old ones. I have only been
doing the higher frequencies for a year and a half, now. I hadn’t realized how important these are for passion,
motivation, and effective action.
...I listened to the gamma track again just before my karate class.
My performance last night surprised me and my instructor.
It is very easy to get misguided by all the deep, blissful, zen meditative information on the market. This material is
useful, but like anything else, there must be balance… seek the middle path. In my case, this means playing with peak
experience. Perhaps most importantly, I feel like I’m stepping back into a place of choice… this is liberating!
I whole-heartedly recommend the Bio-Engineering Mind Mastery™ Program to anyone seeking better results in their life!"

“… I haven’t felt this good since I was 16 years old! My
hip pain is gone but that’s just the start. I feel amazing!
Thank you.”
